Karen is amazing! She is kind, compassionate and very friendly. But she will be a fierce advocate if necessary. She is very responsive and patient and goes above and beyond. When I needed last minute things taken care of and was too busy, Karen took over and called the city and tied loose ends for me. Above everything else, Karen is trustworthy.
